Monthly Service Agreements

These agreements are based on pre-payment in full one month in advance. Response time on all service calls will be 2 hours or less. After hours assistance is available at time and a half (after hours include before 8:00 AM and after 7:00 PM). Monthly Contracts are contingent upon a monthly 7- hour minimum.

Hourly Rate

These rates are due and payable upon completion of service. The response time on all hourly rate contracts is 5 hours or less. All after hour calls are billed at time and a half.
